Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
At Jade Black, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Please note that we have a No Returns, No Exchange, and No Cancellation Policy. We do not provide any refunds. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, sizes, and colors before making a purchase.
To maintain high standards, our Quality Assurance team thoroughly inspects every item to ensure it is free from defects. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or a missing item in your order, you may raise a concern by emailing us at support@thejadeblack.com.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Delivery Discrepancies
If the delivery status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 24 hours by sending an email with your order ID and the subject line “Delivery Discrepancy.”
RTO (Return to Origin) Due to Customer Error
If a shipment is returned due to errors on the customer’s part—such as providing incomplete or incorrect shipping details, not responding to courier calls, or being unavailable to accept delivery—the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping charges and the cost of reshipping the item. Order cancellations will not be accommodated in such cases.
